What are we building?

Start with the problem, the people, and the result. A specific brief gives your app a useful direction.

Make the first version small.

Choose the few things it must do well. You can refine this brief before the build starts.

Example: help visitors request a class booking without messaging back and forth.

Keep it to a few essentials. Describe behaviour, not just feature names.

Saving creates a brief awaiting review. It does not publish an app or start a paid build.
